I would like to share some insight with people who are considering purchasing or selling a home. I worked with a reliable realtor named Ken Gaetz. My husband and I had the privilege of working with Kenny Gaetz as our realtor during the fall of 2021. As parents of three active teenage daughters, we were living outside the school district in which we school-choiced our teens, as well as the school district in which I work. For nine years my husband and I drove back and forth daily, sometimes multiple times each day, for school, work, sports, and friends.
